About Us

Our Gnostic Center is situated in the desirable San Francisco Bay Area in the city of Berkeley, California. We recently moved from a small business office into a large, beautiful building!

A lot of effort, time and love have been put into renovating our new space so that it can be a place of rest for the spiritually weary.

Main lecture area We also felt it was very important to build a Center from the community, for the community, so all of the materials used in the renovations were recycled from local individuals and businesses. Our new building is very spacious with a beautiful temple-like atmosphere: it encompasses a grand main practice hall, several smaller practice rooms and a cozy Cafe area always filled with refreshments.

Our aim is to be a beacon of light for everyone, and to provide a place to share the teachings of Gnosis to all who desire them. During the week we offer a practical course, The Power of Gnostic Meditation. This course is fundamental to understanding how to experience the wisdom of Gnosis on an individual level. This is a very important aspect of exploring Gnosis – having your own experiences to build a strong spiritual foundation based on personal understanding. The class is guided by an experienced teacher who explains the focus of the week, and then leads the group through a practice. Practices consist of a variety of techniques of meditation, experiencing the present moment, and astral projection.

In addition to the course during the week, there are also various workshops and practices. We also plan a variety of activities to help give the spiritual side of life a boost. Re-connect with nature on one of our walks in the beautiful outdoors of Northern California, or enjoy dinner and a movie at our center. We also have group outings to the symphony.

Come a little early to one of our courses or events at the Center, and you can sit and relax in our café! We offer coffee, tea, snacks and enjoyable conversation. The café is the perfect place to meet other like-minded individuals seeking the same experiences and knowledge as you do. Who knows what discussions will come up while drinking a cup of tea?

Our center is dedicated to promoting the spiritual growth of every individual that comes to our courses and activities. It is also a devoted spiritual place, and we hope you can feel the energy and love that has been put into it.
