The Power of Gnostic Meditation

In this practical drop-in course, you can discover and practice meditation techniques to gain your own inner knowledge and experience. Each week offers a new meditation technique to explore.
Whether you're an experienced meditator or exploring meditation for the first time, you'll have a chance to go deeper into your spiritual practice and gain personal experience, all in a warm and peaceful setting.
How the Course Works
The course is nine weeks long, but you can drop in at any week. As the session begins, the week's meditation is explained simply and clearly, with a focus on how it can be implemented in your daily life. You'll then have a chance to try it out right away, as a teacher guides you through the steps of the practice. In an environment free from other distractions, you'll be able to explore the meditation exercises in depth and learn how they work.
In between practices, you'll have a chance to share your experience, ask any questions, and discuss the exercise with other participants.
All of the exercises are meant to be practiced throughout the week. At the end of the session, you'll have a new practice in your spiritual toolkit—a new way to bring the spiritual into your everyday life.
The Meditation Exercises
There are numerous meditation exercises covered from week to week, and the exercises change from course to course as well. Among many other things, these meditations can help you to:
- Develop greater awareness, peace, and happiness in daily life
- Study your thoughts and emotions
- Learn how to astral project and travel in the astral plane
- Study and understand your dreams
