Concentration

Experience the power of concentration
Nearly all activities require concentration – it is a faculty used by everyone. However, most people use only a small fraction of their true ability to concentrate. By learning to deeply concentrate the mind, you uncover an enormous potential for spiritual exploration.
It is normal for the mind to be filled with activity, containing many streams of thought. Attention is usually divided among many things. However, this way of being prevents the mind from focusing deeply on any one task. Concentration changes this: even complicated tasks can be done quickly and effectively, and the intelligence of the consciousness becomes active.
A concentrated mind is also fundamental for any spiritual exercise. When used in meditation, it allows you to explore deeply within your own psyche. When combined with visualization, it can lead to profound knowledge of the world around you. This simple ability is the key to out-of-body experiences, personal transformation, and much more.
