Relaxation

Revitalize your mind and body
Relaxation is a profoundly simple and spiritual technique. It involves relaxing all the muscles of the body, allowing you to release the physical and mental tension from within.
This tension drains energy from the body and scatters the mind. But with relaxation, the body is able to rest and rejuvenate, the mind gains focus and clarity, and we are in the perfect state to practice any spiritual exercise.
Relaxation gives you access to a whole range of experiences: whether you wish to explore inwards with a practice of meditation, or travel out-of-body into another dimension, relaxation is an essential start.
